Bullies and Unjust Harassment

You are bullies! You take advantage of the small fry. I hope one day you realise how bad you are and you change. Because karma is coming to you!! Big time.

I cancelled my Telkom telephone and internet in early July 2018 (about the 3rd). I had previously asked at a Telkom shop whether I could cancel there and they insisted that I had to do it online. I was not happy about that, but I needed to cancel. So I did it online and I attached a copy of my ID. I wish I'd taken a screen shot. I should've known that Telkom were bad eggs. But no, I trusted that they would actually cancel my account. I mean they actually emailed me a cancellation reference number. They kept billing me. I kept phoning their pathetic call centre. Eventually someone got wind that maybe I had cancelled my account. I paid the fees for July, August and September. Then they wanted me to pay another one. I refused. They kept harassing me. Today, I got a call from a debt collector demanding I pay. Oh, and they added interest. I've paid them, I'm ashamed to say because I don't have the means to fight them legally. But I hope they get the justice due to them! Bullies.
