Bullies and *******

Telkom are bullies and *******. No customer care whatsoever. They upgraded my line speed *******ly to 50mbps I refused to pay the extra and told them to fix it and put it back to 20mbps. They suspended my service in January. It's been 3 months no one knows how to help me then today they hand me over to debt collectors I hate you telkom I will take further action and sue for defamation of character you are making my credit bad. If you are thinking of going with telkom DONT! Quick to debit your account but don't know how the **** to do their jobs. Useless
