Bull**** telkom , ******** on steroids

I ordered a rooter from telkom and then noticed on delivery that the order is wrong(they delivered a phone and two simcards insted)which i returned back and provided the necessary details for the returned order and cancelled the contract immediately . Telkom went on to debit my account , I blocked them now they handed my name over to the debt collectors . Funny enough when i call telkom they confirm that I do not have a contract with them but yet difficult for them to communicate that to the debt collectors
