BULL**** SERVICE. REVERSE YOUR CHARGES AND CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT

I'm disgusted by Telkom. Highly disappointed, I have been calling numerous times and have been told my contract was cancelled. Which to my surprise I'm still being charged for a cancelled service which is bull**** !!!. Please help me by reversing the charges as my last bill should have been in Dec 2022. My contract ended in Nov and I called in to cancel, was even provided with a final statement, so I really do not understand how I'm still paying for your service!! cancel the damn charges and reverse back my money I need that contract cancelled.
