Bull**** service from Telkom

I have a huge problem with Telkom. I was handed over to the attorneys and the my credit was handed over back to them. This is something that occurred in the year of 20111 to 2012 if I'm correct. Recently I was trying to apply for something and Telkom blocked me out , so after struggling to get a hold of them they eventually sent me the statement and how much I owe them. I have settled the account and all I'm requesting is a simple paid up letter. My issue at hand is that if I was a white person they would have made all means to make sure my matter was attended . I paid off the account on the 13th of January of 2021 as per agreement with them over the phone and the statement that was sent to my email. But now they are taking their own time to send me a simple letter. Can I kindly be assisted...cause right now Telkom is treating me unfairly. They gave me the run around from the first day I requested to know what was the reason for me being handed over , but funny enough when they want the money the know how to send me the balance and even statements . I would like my case to be attended ,caise this is a matter of life and death. I would be complaining about the poor service Telkom has if I was not desperate for this paid up letter.
