Bull**** service.

My contract ended with Telkom last month however when I log into my portal it shows I have money owing? I CAN NEVER GET AHOLD OF ANYONE! I have tried time and time again to request a call back on that stupid app so I can cancel the contract BUT THERE IS NO CONTACT NUMBER and the only thing I get is an sms confirming I have requested a call then nothing after that? There’s one number available which is an automated line. This is honestly so annoying. Can someone please call me so I can cancel this stupid contract.
