BULL**** REJECTION FEE OF R200

If there was an option to rate 0 here i would. How on earth do you charge R200 rejection fee on debit orders?????****************!!!!!!!SIS MAN! A misap with my savings account and 2 MONTHS IN A ROW THEY CHARGE ME R200 extra, my subscription is R99 and i paid extra 300 in October and now extra 200 end of November??????? R200 rejection fee....what the hell?????do you think money grows on trees?????

i want to cancel my subscription, No customer service here, only BULL**** AND ****************!!!!!!!!!!!!
