Bull Network

I called Telkom Mobile to apply for the March data deal and to my surprise I was told that my account is in arrears with R0. 57. Imagine a top up contract that is monthly debited is now in collection whereas my account is always debited on time. Telkom is the worst service provider ever I regret ever joining this mobile network and as soon as it comes to an end I am going to cancel it without any hesitation. The contact centre with regards to accounts is unreachable imagine a lousy R0.57 what kind of bull**** is this
