BULL**** FIBRE & ****ED UP SERVICE BY FAR!

App**** for the R399 Fibre deal online in Jan 2022. The deal consist of free Huawei headsets of which 2 weeks later I still didn't receive and the call centre cant pickup the order linked to my sale. Contacted the call centre x5 to date no answer/resolution has been given other than new references. Other than that after the fibre installation it only worked for a week its been off for a week I've called telkom x30 in 6 days trying to get assistance no technicians are being called out by DSL line is faulty with no internet connection. I've been off from work for 5 days and they simply dont give a **** about their clients requiring assistance,. Each and every consultant does settings some are rude and hung up some referr you to the setting notes in the router box. At this stage i dont want this horrible fibre anymore in fact iam unplugging everything and throwing it at one of their branches.
