Bulelani Faku

I called into Telkom’s technical service while experiencing difficulties with my dsl line. Bulelani Faku was so patient and diligent, he directed me through what to do and how to do it. It was truly a pleasure speaking to him as he was not rude. Unfortunately, I could not rate him since my call got disconnected but I feel everyone should know that not all the people in the call centers do a terrible job and that he is one of the good ones!
