Brunch of *********** amateurs worst service ever

Worst network provider to deal with advised them to debit on the 25th of every month they decided the 1st and after they have debited still my line is not connected. Went to mall of Africa branch Spoke to consultant by the name of Nokuthula counter 8 she advised case has been logged and she will call me the next day. Did not receive a call from her had to go back to the mall to enquir got lady in counter 5 ticket no 137 she gave me case number. And this is the funny part when I called the call center I'm advised my case is blank and there is nothing logged and I need to email pop for investigation while I had went physically to the branch with bank statement the the amateur that I was dealing with failed to do simply instruction.
