Bruce - Terrible Telkom Tygervalley Sales representative. Rude, aggressive, unhelpful, difficult, ***********. He was aggressive from the start, not listening to what I am explaining about the issue. Then has the audacity to tell me to keep quite, I am trying to tell him about the settings. Then I keep quite give a chance to check the settings, which were exactly as I told him. He then tells me to go to another representative, he tells me sit and get a number again, which I did NOT do. He then looks for another way out, asking me for my ID number which I then give him, then he requests my ID, which I unfortunately did not have. Then to just avoid further confrontation, I then just left the store. This is not even going into the numerous calls, to all the call centers for a month to try and resolve the issue. I have just been sent back and forth. Paying for a service I am NOT getting. PATHETIC
