Brooklyn Mall shop consultants terribly useless and rude

<p>Its one thing to be clueless, and another to be rude, but the consultants in this shop manage to combine both of these into an extravagant display of offensive incompetence.</p> <p> </p> <p>First they told me that a certified copy of my ID would be fine for RICA purposes, then I went away and got a certified copy, only to be told on my return to the shop that it wasn't good enough and I needed the original ID. When I asked him why he had previously told me that a certified copy would be fine, he just dismissively concluded with "we wont help you."</p>
