Broken Tree leaning on Telkom Pole with telephone wiring

About 7 weeks ago we had a bad storm with wind and rain, and a tree on my verge, which has been damaged by termites, branch broke off and is leaning on the telephone pole which belongs to Telkom. I phoned the Municipal Parks and Electricity Department in New Germany Pinetown area. They told me that because there is wiring and the wiring is Telkom's and the pole belongs to Telkom its not their problem, but Telkom's problem. I have lodged a complaint twice now and up until today have had nothing done. The first complaint I had made was closed and it said that it had been attended too, I was shocked because nothing was done. Then I opened up another complaint and I am still waiting this complaint was made on the 12 September 2018. Please could you help me I am I single mother and do not have the means to do this myself and even if I did, it would be ******* as it is the property of Telkom.
