Broken Telephone pole

I have been trying to report a pole containing telkom lines that is about to fall over onto my house. I have logged about 3 reports and every time they tell me via sms that the line has been restored and that if not solved I must phone 10210 again. I have done so a couple of times, (AND I HAVE STRESSED THAT IT IS NOT THE LINES). No luck, its been 3 weeks now that I have been trying. The pole is cracked and we are scared it will hit the wall or worse our house.<br> <br>
