Broken Telephone

<p>I reported my landline faulty and received an sms to say it would be fixed in 4 days. it has been 11 days and the line is still dead. i have been phoning Telkom daily since the 4th day and every time i get the same update: the technician will come tomorrow.</p> <p>when i ask them to contact the technician or upgrade the fault to urgent they say there is nothing further they can do.</p> <p> </p> <p>when i ask them when i can expect my phone to be fixed they say, 'i cannot tell you.'</p>
