Broken Telephone

<p>We reported a problem with our Telkom Line on the 4/11/2016 getting a ref nr60cnk041116. Since then 2 other ref numbers 910782 and escalation nr 910782.</p> <p>1. The problem is yet to be resolved every consultatnt tells you 24 to 48 hrs. </p> <p>2. Please extract my call recordings and listen to the tone of your consultants that think they doing us a favour. </p>
