Broken Phone Part 2

<p>On the back of my previous review; I received an SMS on the 18th Of March to advise that my Samsung A3 has been dispatched back to Telkom Southgate and would be there in 4 days; I left it for a full week of not hearing from them again and went to southgate this past saturday; The consultant i spoke to advised that my handset is still in transit and did not bother checking the status of it or who it could be with. He blatently told me there was nothing he could do. FROM BAD TO WORSE SERVICE TELKOM WAS A BIG MISTAKE.</p>
