Broken Manhole

I work at 11 Mountain Rd, Fish Hoek. The manhole on the corner of Montain road and Contour road is broken and a vehicle is likely to fall in to it. Complaint was lodged with local council on the 12/2, they came out same afternoon, had a look and said it was Telkom's responsibility. I tried to contact Telkom but cannot get through to the correct department and no. tel no is supp**** for said department. My fear is that someone will get hurt/ vehicle damaged.
