Broken LTE Router

I made a huge mistake by signing up for Telkom SA's new LTE WIFI service in November 2015 on a 24 month contract. I received a free LTE router which worked marvellously until the end of March 2016. I spent an hour on my cell with a Telkom helpline employee who really tried to assist me but at the end of it all the router died. I was instructed to take the unit to the Telkom shop at the Pavilion in Durban which I did on 6 April 2016. They sent it to their Technical Department presumably in Gauteng. I was told it would probably be replaced with a new unit but they had none at their shop and couldn't lend me another router. They said they would phone me which they have never done. I tried emailing their manager without success. Phone calls to the shop were unanswered. In the meantime my account is still being debited with R399 a month. On 29 April in desperation I returned to the shop (which is some distance from my work and home). They had no news but sent an email to the technical department querying the job. They still had no replacement or loan units in store. They said they'd phone me with the response. So far I've heard nothing. Their service is appalling and they just don't seem to care. No-one is prepared to take responsibility and get to the bottom of the problem. I've been without internet and emails for a month now and am still having to pay. I'm furious!!

Further to my review dated 5 May 2016 I am still no wiser about the whereabouts of my broken LTE modem. I was given a Case No. SM230662. On 8 May (Sunday) I was sent an email, which I could only access on 9 May when I arrived at work, requesting the Job Number. The Job Number is TRJ015207. I emailed this to *** on 9 May 2016. I have not had a response. This really is ridiculous.
