Broken Cables, No internet, almost year later!!!Still not fixed!

Last year our internet started started slowing down and cutting out and eventually it stopped working. We logged a call, and a technician from OpenServe rocked up. They "fixed" the issue and left. It was not fixed. We logged a call again, same thing. After the 4th tech came and the problem still was not fixed they stopped coming. I kept logging calls and no one came. We even went down to the Telkom store to report our issues since we have a similar problem with our cell phones every month. No one came! By February we stopped paying the account since we had not had any internet for months! Obviously now this account is logged on my credit report. Besides that, we decided we want to reconnect the internet and paid the relevant monies and today after a month a tech came to "install the line". He then reported that there is a problem with the cable under the ground, which is what a tech said last year was the problem. So in all of this time that has passed, the problem is still not fixed, ive paid money again and now we still cannot have internet!!

How do you expect people to pay for a premium service if you cant keep that service active and without faults. We run a business form homw so internet is a very important thing for us.

This is unexceptable! When will this be fixed? When will my money not be wasted? I am pretty sure it is ******* force a client to pay for something THAT DOES NOT WORK!

There was a technician here this morning again. He came back to repair the broken 'parts', or what ever is wrong. He reported that the spare parts are also faulty and that we need to log another fault. Which, as you probably know, we cannot do untill Monday.

I am going to insist that the 'bad debt' that is on my account gets written off. We stopped paying because the issue was not being solved and now that we have opened a new account the problem is still there which is just proof of the original injustice.

If you could assist me there I it would be greatly appreciated!
