Broken antique writing desk

I had Telkom install ADSL on Friday. Spoke to the consultant/technician and he was advising me he's almost done and will let me know once done. I was not home as I was at work so the evening when I came home I found my antique writing desk laying on the floor on its back with the broken feet of the desk put on top of it. No wonder I never herd from the technician again. I am highly disgusted as these are rare and expensive items and then you get home to that with no warning or explanation or even an apology. Appalling!
