bring back the sim swap telephonically
<p>I lost my sim card on the 24 of December 2016 so I tried to make a sim swap on the 26. I called the the telkom company and they told me that they no longer do sim swap telephonically I must go to the nearest shop to do a sim swap. I told the person that I was speaking with that the shop is too far from where i am staying.I even asked someone to do it for me but they could not help me.</p> <p>please help me get my numbers back</p>
