Bring Back The Money!!!

This brand does not care about no customer experience period. When they had technical glitches in October last year I bought airtime for R160 and it got deducted from my account but I never got the airtime, it is now June and all I keep getting are false promises from their agents.

From my experience Telkom agents are the worst, they always blame the previous one for not handling my issue well, yet they go and do the same thing, leaving my query hanging. Why should we fight for what's rightfully ours? They don't care about their customers
