Bring back my service! I need my phone to work.
Telkom disconnected my SIM service without my knowledge, agent says that my SIM card has expired, how when the number was active, recently recharged and on prepaid. Over 24hrs to with no service.

31 Aug 2025, 10:344 days later and still no resolution. Sim service restored yet I cannot receive any calls. Lost days of work only to get an apology sms and free data yet my phone is still not working. This is very disappointing!
