Bring Back My Data

<p>I bought 1gb data yesterday just befor 9am and used it to access my emails, and all of a sudden I was out of data. Called the call centre at around 10:50 am and the guy I spoke to told me that he can see that I no longer have data but couldn't see why, so he transferred me to the daya section where I spoke to a lady that told me they can only tell me the reason after 24hrs. I then called today and was again transyto the data section where I was told that I was using my data until 13:31pm which made makes no sense as I called a few hours prior to report ny missing data. Please fix this, 1gb cannot just deplete inan hour over emails!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>Disappointed Customer </p>
