Bring back my airtime and data

Last week i recharged with R200 and Telkom gave me free airtime worth R200. I made a phone call and both my actual airtime and free airtime were finished. In an hour?!? I called and was told that their system has not updated my call information yet and therefore they cannot help. Today I wake up and 2gigs of my data has vanished. This is such poor service. Why is my data and airtime disappearing into thin air? I want an explanation and my airtime and data back.
