BRING A LAWYER OR A COURT ORDER !!!

Recently i requested a copy of the call recording from Telkom Mobile from when i took out one of my cellphone contracts. I was told by the agent and he's manager that i needed a lawyer or a court order to access this recording. I find this absolutely ridiculous!!! After Telling her i know my rights and the law regarding me having access to it as it is a binding contract between myself and Telkom Mobile she said she will request the recording and contact me. she advised it would take 2-5 days, and she would copy me in the email when it will be requested. This was last week Thursday. I emailed her on Monday asking her if it had been requested as I had not been copied in the mail and till date I have received no response.
