Brilliant and very helpfull

I wish to express my gratitude to Mrs Munsami for her diligent service. She is not only exceptionally helpful on the phone, but goes way beyond the call of duty to help resolve problems <br> <br> It started about a year ago when we app**** online for a Telkom line.Dialing 10210 was a nightmare. But after much resourceful searching , I ended up with Elizabeth. She took the bull by the horns and we soon had our line installed. Unfortunately the line had so many problems on the technical side. Again I appealed to Elizabeth ,who went beyond the call of duty to get the problems resolved.<br> Its my recommendation that many Telkom employees could learn from Elizabeth ,what customer service is really about. She also helped me with my family and friends phone lines, never turning her back on the problems .Even though it was not her responsibility .<br> Well done Elizabeth. You are what Telkom needs. <br>
