bridge of contract

I upgraded my contract on the 27th Aug 2020, the brochure said there will be once off 20gig data however never received this, I called them yesterday the 1st Sep 2020 at 11:30, the lady said ill receive it within 24 hrs still waiting.i want to cancel my upgrade to to bridge of contract
