Bridge of contract
In 2014 I signed a 2 year contract called Telkom mix which according to the campaign I was supposed to pay R359 per month but they deduct more than R500 per month. This is being going on for more than 12 months. I have been visiting Telkom direct shop and calling call centre to try to get it resolved but it seems like no one is interested or know nothing about resolution. According to me this a bridge of contract. I neede help please.
