Breech or contract

I took up a phone contract from telkom iPhone 6 packages which was on promotion in October. The promotion entailed 100min, 1 gig or data, 5 for 50 SMS and wifi of plus 10gig monthly for 24 months. To my surprise the following month which is November I ran out of data by the 7th which concerned me, I therefore contacted telkom on the 12 of November to find out what had happened only to be notified that I had depleted my 150mb. I informed Nkos'khona (the agent I spoke to) that according to my package I am suppose to get a gig every month to which he agreed and said he will open a case and send me a reference (which he did not). I called back on the 17th of November as he had said I will get a response in 72 hours, I spoke to Katlego who informed me no case was opened and according to my package I am not suppose to get the gig every month after explaining to her about the promotional package I had taken she maintained, I therefore requested to speak to the team leader (Thulani) who supported the agent even after mentioning the promotional package deal. He therefore opened a case and sent me the reference number and said I will be contacted within 72hours. On the 23rd of November I received a call from Thelma from the technical team who after listening to my story had said I will get a gig every month for 12 months but she would confirm, after confirming with her superior she came back and said the deal had ended in September and therefore I will not be getting any data. I explained to her that the promotional booklet had stated the end day of the promotion which was in October and I took up the phone before the promotion ended, she was however not helpful. Request to talk to her superior of which she did not entertain that, she therefore hung up the phone. This is a matter telkom can fix by just giving me the promised package that I am paying for, failure to do so I have no choice but to take the matter up with the ombudsman because clearly it seems as if false adverti*****t, misrepresentation and customer service is foreign to its staff members.
