Breaching of vontract
<p>We signed up for a telkom lte advanced uncapped and was assured we will not be shaped or throttled.</p> <p> </p> <p>It will only apply to torrentsat 50 gig. We do not use torrents and are now being shaped.</p> <p> </p> <p> This was not the case when we signed up for this contract. We specifically asked if our usage will be shaped and it was confirmed that we will not be. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now to cancel the contract, we will have to pay penalties. What about the penalties for breach if contract from telkom side. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is UNACCEPTABLE! We are running a business where we use the internet in a substantial way. And now we can barely open up a webpage. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thought this was a new telkom, but it seems they still can not be trusted!</p>

Thank you for replying and rectify the AUP to accommodate users that do not use peer to peer downloads. The AUP limit is now 300gig
