Breach of LTE contract deliverables!!!

I was away last year for the last 6 months in the US. On my return, I noticed from the end of January that my 20G nightsurfer data as per my 3 year contract was not being loaded. I have been calling since then to resolve the issue. every consultant/admin person I talked to gave me a different story (one even stated that they could not view my contract). I went to Direct Store services to see if they could help with no luck. Finally Vanessa called mid May to apologise and load my May data (with an extension to mid June). However, she could not explain where the FEb-April data is or when I could access it. Now it is June, and guess what? No nightsurfer data loaded. Once again I call the call centre and the most unhelpful agent called Nozipho Mzolo insists I have my June data loaded even though I explained the entire situation to her. When I asked for am email address to lay a complaint, I get sent to ICASA. Really Telkom? This is your customer service? This is how you keep to contract terms? You have breached your contract with me and are liable to be sued!!!! Solve this ASAP, or I will excalate the matter. I have been patient long enough.

Reviewer Update

So I finally get my Februray to April data loaded with just a two month extension, but now I have to call and get my monthly data loaded as well, as no Nightsurfer for June until I complained and it is the 23rd of July with no nightsurfer for this month. Instead I logged a case and it gets closed without the data being loaded. I call again, today, and guess what? The same run around. "Your data is loaded" I keep hearing, and keep explaining that no, actually, that is the data owed to me and I have not rfeceived my contracted data.

Time for the lawyers to step in.
