Breach of contract, terrible service and falsely issuing me with new services I never requested

My LTE internet has been practically non-functional since I started using this product in 2016. Either the speed would be terrible (2Mbps on an "up to 100Mbps" contract) or there was no signal at all - this despite Telkom confirming that I would have network coverage suitable for the product at my address (Cape Town city bowl). This is breach of contract - I have not been receiving the services I was promised, despite paying for it.

I finally got the issue logged in November 2016. For 2 months no-one even contacted me about my issue - I only received one sms per week telling me that my issue was being looked at. It is conceivable that this was true, as nothing was happening and no-one came out to the address. Then in January I finally get a call from someone who came out, had a look around, confirmed that there was a problem (which I had told them already) and was unable to do anything about it. He promised I would hear from someone in the next week. Instead of someone contacting me, I just start receiving weekly smses again promising that someone is looking at my problem.

After a month more of this, I finally decided to just cancel my contract with Telkom entirely. I was being ********** - paying my invoice every month for a 100GB cap that I couldn't even use because of the speed of my connection, if the connection was functioning at all.

I went to a Telkom store last night and submitted all the documentation to cancel all my existing Telkom services. Subequently I received a call from a consultant to confirm that my cancellation order had been received.

This morning I get an email from Telkom "welcoming" me to their customer base and telling me that I have been issued with a new product, something completely unrelated to what I had previously.

How is it possible that Telkom has issued me with a new service despite me not filling in any forms for a new product? This is blatantly dishonest. I then try to make contact with their support staff using their online tools to point out their mistake - only to be told that I have to call their call centre regarding new business queries. Now they are making this my problem to fix as well.

It is Telkom's responsibility to sort out these issues - not mine. I am a paying customer, they are the service provider. In summary: breach of contract, horrible service and issuing me with services that I never requested.
