Breach of contract

I took out Telkom's 2022 Black Friday deal at the Telkom Shop in Parow Centre in Parow. The deal was approved for R389 for 2 Samsung A335G phones plus a free gift.

I took out two deals (four phones). It was approved, however, they had no stock. I was told that I have to wait until they receive stock. After numerous queries and messages, I was contacted by the branch manager and was told that her seniors refuses to give the phones at the agreed offer and that I will have to pay R499 per offer instead.

I told the store manager the deal was already approved and that there's no way that I will pay more than the agreed amount. Apparently, Telkom refuses to honour the agreement.

I am very upset, as I also had the option to take out the Vodacom Black Friday deal. They've not only taken an ********* stance, but also wasted my time and energy.
