Breach of contract

<p>I logged a complain 2days back still no contact nor SMS nothing a case was logged for me on the 4th of February querying about my bill I was charged a debit order rejection fee in August and December and January I was then send an SMS stating that they credited Only 336 and Telkom still owes me 136.35 I will not pay my account until this is completely sorted out and if they block my line I'm taking this further I have given Telkom the whole full month to sort this out and they still doing half done job how does one evn recommend Telkom to friends and family I had a contract with MTN and never ever occured such issues I regret taking contract with them this was my first and last one and they have the nerve to tell me if this happens again they will charge me this charge is not on my contract pay my 136.35 back if I dnt get any respond by tomorrow ombudsman will be contacted I want my credit then I will pay my bill</p>
