<p>In light of fact that Telkom has breached its uncapped LTE offering, will Telkom allow users to cancel without penalties?</p> <p>Users are stating Telkom wants to force them to remain on the 24 month contract with most users on the contract less than a 6-12 months despite unilateral change from an uncapped streaming service to a de facto capped product with unusable throttling?</p>
