Breach of contract

<p>Telkom went into my account to do a debit and there was no enough funds I then called through to the call centre and I was told my bill went from 354 to 490 I was told I'm charged for a back out and amount of 136.65 already I get bank charges from my bank and now Telkom does this I regret taking a contract with Telkom and on my terms and conditions there is no where the they state they will charge this amount they breached the contract I want hem to credit this account back to my personal account </p>
