Breach of contract

In Jan 2015 I took a fixed contract for R600. If I needed additional data the terms and conditions was that I contact the store directly or send an email to a consultant. I requested additional data on one or 2 occasions in the first 12 months of contract without any problems. Since February Telkom has been debiting ridiculous amounts almost 3x R600. I have been given inconsistent information by Telkom staff. One of the store managers recently told me Telkom introduced a "default spend limit" on customers accounts without informing them. Implication is you get loaded additional data without your authority. Telkom debits all that amount without your authority, if you reverse that debit whilst lodging a complaint you run a risk of defaulting in payment thus affecting your credit record. I am very agrieved, Telkom is ROBBING CONSUMERS, their business ethics is questionable. Comparatively their contracts are lucrative and reasonable, once you in they frustarate you. So far I don't undesrtand their criteria for refunds and they have taken so much money from me without clear accountability. I have lodged a complaint through Nicholas Ashton who is regional manager, and the case has been dragged for almost 2 weeks. I often have to argue my case with the telkom because they bring forth information that has clearly been ommitted during the course of this contract and at the end of the day it is my word against their word. As Consumers we are protected by law, such ********* business practices WITHIN TELKOM must be dealt with- it is "day light *******"
