breach of contract

<p> I signed a contract with telkom in 2014 and told the lady who assisted me that I want a fixed contract as I did not want any adverts on my phone she told me that she dI'd just that but last year I was debited extra with 200 which I didn't plan for so because it was not what I had agreed upon I reversed the money and called customer service they told me that a massage was send to my phone and if I didn't want that I was to respond my phone at that week was with my husband who knows nothing about when I signed my contract.....since then my contract has elapsed and I am requested to 2500 I didn't apply for this all I wanted was to pay the agreed amount until my contract expires. Now what is happening to my name because of them I do kot know all I want is answer to why they have breached a contract I had with them and I still want to finish the remaining months with the premum I was paying </p>
