breach of contract

<p>i asked for a adsl line and paid 3 weeks ago. got promised it would be installed within 7 days of paying the deposit. it has now been 3 weeks and you simply cannot get hold of anyone at Telkom i need this sorted out this week or i will be taking legal action against Telkom for breach of contract. have been sent 2 sms messages saying that they would come to install the line get someone to be there then they simple do not pitch are they going to pay for wasting my time</p>
