Breach Of Contract

I took out a Telkom Mobile \ Completely Unlimited\" contract in Nov 2014. I was advised by the Telkom agent that there was a two year warranty, one year with the manufacturer(my device is a Sony Experia Z3) and the other with Telkom. I recently had issues with my phone freezing and took in for repairs as per procedure. I recieved an sms yesterday stating that my device is out of warranty and I am liable to pay R3774.48. I called the repair centre on *** who advised me to call Telkom. I did so and was first advised that it is indeed a two year warranty. Five minutes later I received a voicemail stating that the information received was in error and the warranty on my \"specific contract\" is only a year??? This is a complete breach of contract as misinformation was now given to me on two occasions by a Telkom a representative. i want Telkom to provide \"written and signed\" proof that the warranty is only one year as the Telkom agent who signed me up then **** to me?My device is now little over a year old broken and I am left with a bill of R1500 a month and a company that has **** to me.Had I of known that it was a 1 year warranty I would have went with another service provider"
