Breach of contract

Breach of contract....I have a contract with Telkom for four year... after four years of agreement between myself and Telkom they decided to breach our contract going into MY bank account and deduct whenever and whatever they feel like.... Does Telkom have the right to go into ur account and take ur money without ur permission... after they made a mistake... Is Telkom higher then SARS?
