Breach of contract

I struggled with their online people placing the order Telkom LTE Application as the people seemed to be messing us around so went in to their canal walk store & got it there immediately although the special was already ended, was assured by the sales guy we would get it at the same price! Went into the store today as customer care was not helpful at all because 40G data is up half way through the month but i havent used it that much as i unplug device when not using & no one knows our password! Told today by some idiot at the store that maybe someone hacked the device!! Are you people serious!!?? The *** that you can talk! Then his next excuse is that maybe my pc updating! My pc doesnt updat anything automatically, it pops up & asks! Yes i download now & again but havent much this month unlike last month & the amount of things i downloaded might be about 8G the most! My daughter as far as i know has been watching videos on youtube & might have downloaded a few but these are those small 25-80mb vids! He was also quite useless! And whats amazing is that they cant give you any info on devices & what the data was used on the most but they can give u detailed bill on all your calls and duration on ur landline! He logged that the accounts department contact me as I took out a contract of R369 a month for 24 months but am being charged R374 this month & who knows what all i had to pay last month as it was almost R600! Some guy phones me & I explained to him & he goes & checks, comes back stating the 1st order that the online people wanted to rip me off with wasnt cancelled & was still on my name & that I have the R374 a month contract then after telling him about the legal aspects and all he now wants to put me through to accounts! Oh my Lord, u people know just how to waste people’s time! So i have to speak to 4 different people to solve a problem!? U must train people and not take homeless people off the street to do work they cant!! Bear in mind this is a legal contract that you are in breach of that I have a rights to cancel now as you cant sell someone something under false pretence!
