Breach of Contract

About 12 months ago I singed Telkom mix contract which according to the contract the amount was R359 per month. From the same month Telkom started deduction of over R500 per month. I have been taken from pillar to post ever since. All the incidents opened with the had been cancelled without anyone contacting me. <br> And early this month I reported the same problem through hello Peter and Telkom promised Hello Peter that it will be resolved but I was never contacted and the incident is been cancelled again.<br> I am now frustrated and all I need now is an assistance in cancelling this contract because I have realised that this kind of problem will always reappear.<br> Telkom does not care about their customers.
