Breach of Contact

I have purchased Lenovo laptop in 2015. The agreed term was 24 months Agreed amount was R 299.00, however in 2016 Telkom advised me that i should pay R 308.00 monthly, of which i did. i have paid 24 installment as per agreement but Telkom is still debititng. I have visited Tzaneen branch to Address the matter but the branch was closed. I have called Telkom on 5 July 2017, they have advised that i should send Cancellation form to ********** they will cancel the contract within 22 days. i have sent the form on 6/07/17 and account is not yet closed. i want this iassue to resolved as i cannot pay their services any more.
