Boycott Telkom Mobile - They robbing the poor of airtime

Yesterday 02/08/2018 I recharged with R100 and converted the R100 to 1G data, at 17h50 I received an sms confirming that R100 was deducted from my airtime. Checked my balance, only to find that there is no 1G data. Worst of all I tried call customer service since yesterday, I have been holding for more then 49min still haven't been assisted. That is pure day light *******, It time we switch back to Vodacom and boycott Telkom mobile this is not the first we experience such.
