Bound by contract, but Telkom Fails to Deliver.

<p>I ordered Telkom LTE Uncapped Service last month as they ran a special which included a free external antenna.</p> <p>I knew I needed an external antenna as I tested my friends same service here at my premises.</p> <p> </p> <p>I received my LTE Modem in good order, but no external antenna was sent with it?</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted Telkom after spending my whole months airtime for one phone call and the manager said he would send me one next week while 3 weeks later and still no package.</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted them again after patiently waiting, which their Sales Person (Zama) said they have no stock of external antenna's? Upon telling her I would have not ordered the service if I knew that, she kept me on the line while enquiring with her manager.</p> <p> </p> <p>After being promised to call me back and failing to deliver the service they promised me under contract, I'm stuck with intermitted service and frustratingly have to reboot and reposition the modem continuously.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm not sure if they just sell the antennas on the side line, but they do business by saying they will see what they can do, is Telkom becoming a bargain shop?</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm not one to complain, but I'm bound to a 24 month contract, whilst they fail to deliver on their end. If you pay for an item you expect to recieve it.</p> <p> </p>
