Bought voice data but never received them. Number changed into a contract number without my knowledge

1. Bought voice minutes all network via telkom website for R105. I never received the minutes but the money was deducted from my account.

I called telkom, I was put on hold for 30mins only to be told they do not know and they cannot find my purchase. I was than told to dial 188. Which is not even calling number. Useless, my R105 gone for nothing and 30mins waiting on the line with my airtime for a I don't know.

2. I signed up for a data contract and without telling me, they changed my number I have been using for more than 10years to a contract number. Now I'm forced to continue or a data contract I don't need because if I don't the number is blocked and I can not recharge, call or receive. This was never discussed with me.
